Three printed commemorative certificates (a,b,c) made of light wood. Blank copyright 1938 John B. Rogers Producing CO., Fostoria, Ohio. Marked with an Indian head, buffalos, and "1"s at the edges. Marked "One Wooden Nickel" at top and bottom frames. Front shows Abraham Lincoln chopping wood in a pioneer camp. It is printed, "Knoxville's Sesqui-Centennial Celebration Aug. 28 Sept. 1." Each certificate has a serial number. Reverse explains the certificate was issued as a souvenir by the Sesqui-Knox Executive Committee and is eligible for trade or redemption until August 28, 1941.
