Thin white fabric printed with red, blue, gray and yellow flowers on green stems. Dotted swiss. Elastic empire waist. Full skirt. Short sleeves. Two blue ribbons basted across waist. Two blue ribbons and two bows at collar. Round front collar. Back collar closes with small white plastic button at top and is open to waist. Zipper near waist at left.
