Description Navy wool half-cape constructed of one cut of wool with one dart on each shoulder. Entire cape lined in looser weave red wool. Stand-up attached collar piece bears the initials "R.M.H." on both fronts, embroidered in gold. Hook and eye clasp on the collar piece. Front right slightly overlaps front left. Four gold buttons attached to the front of the cape, two on each side, creating a square. The gold buttons on the cape includes the Virginia state seal, "Sic Semper Tyrannis" (this always to tyranny) imprinted on them. Two strips of the navy wool, faced in navy wool, with a buttonhole on each end, button across the front creating two rows. Marvin Neitzel label with "JAK" (Jean Alma Kaylor Foley) underneath of the label.
