Primitive tin coffeepot. Welded spout. Hinged lid. Welded simple scroll handle at end of lid. Welded handle with support bar. Two black "x"s on underside of handle.
It was used in Peters Creek Church of the Brethren near Roanoke, Virginia in their communions circa 1960. It was used as a water pitcher during communions.
