Description The Little Old Lady Who Lived Down the Lane carving by the late John L. Heatwole, Bridgewater, Virginia. Figurine is an aged woman with a large nose, large ears and a chin wart. She is dressed in a green jumper with a white belt and white sleeves. There are red ribbed bands at the bottom of her sleeves. She wears a gray shawl knotted at her neck. She wears white bloomers, red and gray striped tights and black shoes. Her hair is held up in a bun by a knitting needle. She carries a Halloween purse hooked on her belt. Figure stands on a base that represents autumn leaves. Title, artist's signature and ''03" around base.
