Autograph album that belonged to John A. Click, an early Bridgewater College (Bridgewater, Va.) student. The album has a worn brown cover with a faded floral and nature design. Four narrow red floral print decals have been laid over the front cover. A number of fellow early Bridgewater College students signed the album. Some signers, including Bridgewater College students, indicated they were related to Click. The album has some printed color illustrations throughout, including a title page that reads "SURPRISE ALBUM". There are heavy juvenile markings through the album, especially at the front and end matter. |
